Action Performed:

  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Create a new workspace
  3. Go to workspace settings > More features
  4. Enable Distance rates
  5. Go to Distance rates
  6. Add a distance rate
  7. Go to workspace chat
  8. Submit a distance expense
  9. Go to workspace settings > Distance rates
  10. Disable (do not delete it) the rate used in the distance expense from Step 9
  11. Go back to workspace chat
  12. Open the expense report
  13. Click More > Split
  14. Click Save

Expected Result:

"Rate not valid" error will show up

Actual Result:

"Unexpected error editing this expense. Please try again later." error shows up
