"Oops... Something went wrong" when searching for chats using This month or Last month filter

App Component: Search

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to Reports > Chats.
3. Click Date.
4. Select This month or Last month.
5. Click Apply.

Expected Result:

Search will return the relevant results.

Actual Result:

"Oops... Something went wrong" when searching for chats using This month or Last month filter.

The same issue also happens in Task page.
