2. Resize to the small screen
3. Click the hamburger button
4. Hover the section header like Explore, To-do, …

Expected Result:

The cursor style should be default and the background shouldn’t change

Actual Result:

Observe that the cursor style is not-allowed and the background changes

Search - Hover over section header shows the wrong cursor and background

What is the root cause of that problem?

For the section header, we'll disable it

App/src/hooks/useSearchTypeMenu.tsx

and the default interactive is true

so we'll use selectionNone

and if interactive is true, the background will change when we hover over the item

What changes do you think we should make in order to solve the problem?

We should disable interactive and enable shouldUseDefaultCursorWhenDisabled in

We can show the cursor: text when hovering over the section header

and use the same approach in other places if needed

@Expensify/design think this is worth fixing? I'm on the fence.
Also curious if this is happening elsewhere and we could fix multiple instances at once.

Yeah, those should just be read-only pieces of text with no hover styles or no mouse/cursor changes. I don't think it's a huge priority to fix since it's rare you would be using a pointer device with mobile styles... but maybe we can use a small bounty here and have it fixed. cc @JS00001 for visibility.
