Action Performed:

  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Open FAB > Start chat.
  3. Enter email that does not have Expensifail account.
  4. Hover over the fallback avatar.

Expected Result:

Tooltip of non-existing account will show the email.

Actual Result:

Tooltip of non-existing account does not show email.
