Action Performed:

1. Create a report with 4 expenses
2. Open the same report on ND and OD
3. On OD, delete 3 of the expenses
4. Observe the report in ND.

Expected Result:

ND should display the remaining 1 expense.

Actual Result:

ND displays a blank report — no line items are visible, only the header and total amount remain

Steps:

1. Go to WS chat
2. Create 2 expenses
3. Go to Account
4. Clear cache and restart
5. Go to Inbox again
6. Select any item
7. Delete it

What is the root cause of that problem?

When the user opens the expense report, the transaction thread report data isn't loaded if the expense report is not one-expenes report view. After the user deletes transactions, and the report remains with one transaction, transactionThreadReportID is correct, but the transactionThreadReport data isn't loaded

What changes do you think we should make in order to solve the problem?

If the expense report becomes the one-expense report view, we should call openReport for expense report again then the transaction thread report data can be loaded

OPTIONAL: We can also create an optimistic transaction thread report if the data is not loaded, but we will call the open report for the transaction thread report to remove the optimistic.
