Action Performed:

1. Navigate to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Create workspace > more feature > Enable Tag
3. Add 1 or 2 Tags
4. Click one of the tags to edit

Expected Result:

Tag detail page is open to edit rather than selection mode

Actual Result:

Tag detail page is not open to edit
