Precondition: Log out of your account.

1. Close the browser and open Chrome incognito (important)
2. Navigate to https://staging.new.expensify.com/

Expected Result:

The error shouldn't be visible.

Actual Result:

"Please enter an email or phone number" error triggers when opening the login page.
