Action Performed:

Precondition:
At least one workspace member is assigned a VISA card and WS is connected to QBO

1. Login to account
2. Go to workspace settings > Members.
3. Click on the member with VISA card.
4. Click on the card.
5. Click QuickBooks Online credit card export.
6. Reload page

Expected Result:

background page remains in members

Actual Result:

Background page changes to Company Cards

Background page changes to Company Cards

What is the root cause of that problem?

We specified the backTo here as the active route which is the company card details page:

onPress={() => Navigation.navigate(ROUTES.WORKSPACE_COMPANY_CARD_EXPORT.getRoute(policyID, cardID, bank, Navigation.getActiveRoute()))}

So on refresh, it would open the company cards page in the background because company card details page RHP is tied to company cards page background here.

What changes do you think we should make in order to solve the problem?

Use backTo param which is the member details page instead of active route (the company card details page).

What specific scenarios should we cover in automated tests to prevent reintroducing this issue in the future?
