App Component: Workspace Settings

Action Performed:

1. Launch app
2. Go to workspace settings - enable per diem - upload per diem file
3. Open a destination
4. Change destination and subrate & save it
5. Open workpace chat
6. Create a per diem expense with changed destination and subrate
7. Open the expense created - receipt

Expected Result:

Per diem Receipt must show changed destination.

Actual Result:

Per diem Receipt doesn't show changed destination.
