Action Performed:

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/home
2. Go to workspace settings - enable tags - multi level tags
3. Upload below attached file
4. Note Tags imported successfully shown but no tags are shown

Expected Result:

When a expense report CSV file uploaded, appropriate error must be shown or data uploaded must be shown.

Actual Result:

When a expense report CSV file uploaded, shows import sucessful but no data is shown.
