Split - No option to select each tag on split edit page when workspace has multi tags

Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Log in with Expensifail account.
• Workspace has dependent tags (by connecting to QBO or importing from OD).

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Click + > Create expense > Manual.
4. Enter amount > Next.
5. On confirmation page, note that there is a field for each main tag.
6. Select tag for each tag field.
7. Enter merchant.
8. Create the expense.
9. Click on the expense preview.
10. Click More > Split.
11. Click on any individual split.
12. Click Tags field.

Expected Result:

Like Step 5, on the confirmation page, there should be a field for each main tag on split edit page.

Actual Result:

On the split edit page, there is only one Tags field which only allows for the selection of one of the tags. The remaining tags cannot be selected.
