App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat.
3. Submit an expense with markdown in the description.
4. Click on the expense preview.
5. Click More > Split.
6. Click on any split.
7. Click Description.

Expected Result:

Description field preview will render the text in markdown format.

Actual Result:

Description field preview shows HTML tags.
