Action Performed:

1. Go to Workspaces -> any "Collect" workspace.
2. Navigate to Workflows and change the Approver.
3. Disable the "Add approvals" workflow.
4. Enable it again.
5. You’ll now see two approval workflows.

Expected Result:

On the Control Plan, we don’t allow multiple approval workflows. However, if you disable and then re-enable the workflow, two workflows get created.

Actual Result:

Re-enabling the approval workflow create two approval flow.
