Action Performed:

1. Create Gmail account on expensify.com (OldDot), choosing the 10+ employees option on signup, so that you are directed to Expensify Classic

2. In the browser console, run the following code snippet:
   NVP.set('tryNewDot', {
   "classicRedirect": {
   "dismissed": "false",
   "timestamp": "2024-10-28 20:04:24.610"
   },
   "nudgeMigration": {
   "timestamp": "2024-10-28 20:04:24.610"
   }
   })

3. Sign out from the account

4. Sign in with the same account as step 1

5. Click on "Try New Expensify"

6. Dismiss tooltip for FAB to create expense

7. Navigate to Account settings

Expected Result:

Tool-tip for inbox is displayed on top of the inbox button

Actual Result:

Tool-tip for inbox is missing after user navigates to Account settings
