Action Performed:

  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Log in with Gmail account.
  3. Submit an expense to another Gmail account with no chat history.
  4. Go to transaction thread.
  5. Send a message.
  6. Go to Settings > Troubleshoot.
  7. Click Clear cache and restart > Reset and restart.
  8. Go to Inbox.
  9. Open the grayed out report with RBR in LHN.

Expected Result:

After reset and restart app, there will be no report with RBR in LHN.

Actual Result:

After reset and restart app, there is a report with RBR in LHN.
When the report is opened, it shows "Auth OpenReport returned an error".
