App Component: Search

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Open any chat.
3. Submit an expense.
4. Go to Reports.
5. Select the expense from Step 3 via checkbox.
6. Open dropdown menu.
7. Click Hold.
8. Enter reason and save it.
9. Click on the expense.
10. Click on the report header.

Expected Result:

The expense will be held.

Actual Result:

User is unable to hold expense from Reports.
