Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Log in with a new Expensifail account
3. Go to FAB
4. Click Create expense
5. Wait for scan tooltip to appear
6. Click "Try it out"

Expected Result:

"Try it out" button will be functional

Actual Result:

"Try it out" button is not functional
