Action Performed:

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/home
2. Open a room chat
3. Enter #22 #2234
4. Send the message
5. Note whisper shown for both mentions
6. Tap yes shown in whisper message

Expected Result:

Mention must be fully highlighted.

Actual Result:

Mention is not fully highlighted when first mention is part of second mention.
