[Search v2.5] Tax rate field is displayed after disabling Taxes #52378

Issue was found when executing this PR: #52102
Issue reported by: Applause Internal Team

Action Performed:

  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Log in with a new account
  3. Create a new workspace
  4. Go to workspace settings > More features
  5. Enable Taxes
  6. Go to Search > Filters.
  7. Verify that there is tax filter displayed if user has taxes
  8. Go back to workspace settings > More features
  9. Disable Taxes
  10. Go to Search > Filters.

Expected Result:

There is no tax filter displayed if the user has no taxes.

Actual Result:

There is tax filter displayed when the user has no taxes.
The filter disappears when the user clears the cache (Troubleshoot > Clear cache and restart).
