Some user avatars disappeared from LHN

Action Performed:

Not sure how to reproduce this issue, I have experienced it a few times but without solid reproducible steps.

1. Use the app and check the LHN for user avatars.

Expected Result:

User avatars should be always displayed in LHN.

Actual Result:

2 user avatars disappeared from LHN. Grey default icon for avatars is also not visible.

Workaround:

Unknown.

I was able to reproduce it once (missing concierge avatar in the screenshot), and I found out the icons property is undefined for the OptionRow that corresponds to the concierge avatar (the other rows have a URLs array in the icons property). More investigation is needed to determine why sometimes icons property is undefined.
