Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to FAB > Submit expense
3. Go to Scan
4. Click on empty area on the RHP (like the empty header area)
5. Press SHIFT+TAB

Expected Result:

Nothing will happen

Actual Result:

RHP changes to Distance flow, and tabs (Manual, Scan, Distance) are missing
