Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to any chat.
3. Create a task.
4. Go to task report.
5. Edit task report (title, description, assignee).
6. Go to profile settings.
7. Go to Preferences > Language > Spanish.
8. Return to task report.

Expected Result:

The system message for task edit will be translated to Spanish.

Actual Result:

The system message for task edit remains in English when app language is Spanish.
