Copy to clipboard - Copying special characters outputs HTML encoding

Expected Result:

Copied text should show the special characters instead of HTML encoding

Actual Result:

HTML encoding is displayed for special characters

Action Performed:

1. Navigate to e.cash and login
2. Open a conversation and send a message with " < > "
3. Copy the message using the report action menu
4. Paste the message in a text box.

Workaround:

User has to enter the special character again to overwrite the HTML encoding.

If you copy a message and it has special characters, the copied text loses the special character and outputs html encoding instead.
