[$250] Distance IOU - 'Recent destination' disappears first then the list in the address field

Issue found when executing PR #28124

Action Performed:

Precondition: User has some destinations in recent destination list

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to + > Request money > Distance
3. Click on Start
4. Click on the address field
5. Enter anything on the address field

Expected Result:

The entire recent destination list will disappear altogether as soon as there is some value in the input field

Actual Result:

'Recent destination' in the list disappears first, followed by the list when entering value in the input field
