Issue found when executing PR #26919

Action Performed:

1. Sign out from iOS App
2. Tap on link access concierge chat while logged out using deeplink like staging.new.expensify.com/concierge
3. Login as new or old user

Expected Result:

The concierge chat should be open

Actual Result:

The concierge chat isn't open
Sometimes open LHN with popup, sometimes "Hmm, I'm not here page"
