Web - Chat - Scroll bar appears when adding emojis

Expected Result:

The emoji is added and text field should not have any visual changes

Actual Result:

There is a drop down scrolling in the text field

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.expensify.cash and login
2. Select any user to initiate chat
3. In the text input field add an emoji and observe the text field

Workaround:

Can the user still use Expensify without this being fixed? Have you informed them of the workaround?

Hey @bfitzexpensify I don't think you have to create a separate issue for this. You can just triage the E/E.cash issue and assign to an engineer if you feel you've triaged it properly. I've closed the dupe issue as they were both E/E.cash issues!

That said, I'm actually not able to reproduce this on my end:

I don't have a windows machine to test, but also cannot replicate this on Mac.

Tagging engineering to see if we have a way of virtually testing/reproducing this on Windows.
