[HOLD for payment 2023-08-28] Request money wrong convert USD to VNĐ currency #24510

Action Performed:

  1. Open chat with new user
  2. Click + on compose => Request money
  3. Select currency VND
  4. Input 1 => next => request
  5. Click + on compose => Request money
  6. Select currency USD
  7. Input 1 => next => request
  8. Observe that the total amount is wrong

Expected Result:

Amount displayed correctly when converting from USD to VND

Actual Result:

Amount displayed incorrectly when converting from USD to VND

Workaround:

Can the user still use Expensify without this being fixed? Have you informed them of the workaround?
