[HOLD for payment 2023-06-19] Clicking on back button close the modal instead of go to settings page #20368

Action Performed:

  1. go to share code using url (https://staging.new.expensify.com/settings/shareCode)
  2. press back button

Expected Result:

on back button press, should navigate to settings page (same as Profile ,Preferences, Security, Payments, about pages)

Actual Result:

click on back button close the modal
