Issue found when executing PR #18662

Action Performed:

1. Launch the app and login
2. Click the global menu > New room
3. Create a public room.
4. Open the public room > members

Expected Result:

There should be an option to invite or add user to public room

Actual Result:

No option to add or invite user to public room

Workaround:

Can the user still use Expensify without this being fixed? Have you informed them of the workaround?
