[HOLD for payment 2023-05-22] App crashes when logout after reaction tooltip display #18034

Action Performed:

  1. Login any account
  2. Open any report and add reaction to any message
  3. Hover reaction to show tooltip which says who reacted
  4. Logout

Expected Result:

App doesn't crash and show login pge

Actual Result:

App crashes immediately after logout

Workaround:

Can the user still use Expensify without this being fixed? Have you informed them of the workaround?
