Thanks for reporting this, @kbecciv! I'm not even seeing the Copy Link button when I navigate to staging.new.expensify.com. Has this feature been propagated out?

@johncschuster I'm seeing the Copy Link button when hovering by the URL, after copy the link and place in another tab - there are extra numbers added (2090988290409553700). If you remove it, page will be directed to correct chat.

Oooooh, I see. So a link has to have been entered into the chat before the icon is shown! Got it!

Based on what I'm seeing now, I think the reproduction steps could be clarified to something like this:

1. Go to URL https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Login with any account.
3. Navigate to a conversation and send a URL to the conversation recipient.
4. Hover over the new comment, and click the Copy Link button
5. Paste contents of your clipboard in compose box and send
6. Click the link
7. See error
