Issue found when executing PR #17647

Action Performed:

1. Go https://staging.new.expensify.com/
   and login
2. Go to chat with attachments (pdf and images)
3. Tap any PDF/image
4. Pinch-zoom or double-tap to zoom

Expected Result:

Attachment should be zoomed.

Actual Result:

Zoom fails
