[$1000] Add a reaction icon position changed when user add emoji reaction

1. go to any group
2. add emoji reaction which has already two other same reaction from other members of group

Expected Result :

reaction icon position should not be changed

Actual Result :

Add a reaction icon position changes

Yes, I can see that the emoji moves slightly when there are 2 or more reactions already.
