[$1000] Pressing space key scrolls chat and brings focus to the composer

Action Performed:

1. Open an existing chat
2. Click on outside of the composer to remove focus from composer
3. Press space key

Expected Result:

Pressing space key should either brings focus to the composer or scroll the chat rather than doing both at the same time. It is a bit confusing to see a single action followed by two results/feedbacks.

Actual Result:

Pressing space key scrolls the chat as well as brings focus to the composer at the same tim

Workaround:

Can the user still use Expensify without this being fixed? Have you informed them of the workaround?
