Action Performed:

1. Navigate to the add bank account modal in Workspace settings
2. Start and follow the flow for adding a fully verified bank account using Wells Fargo bank(with the credentials found below) until the "Beneficial owners step"
3. Disable the internet connection
4. Toggle the last 2 checkboxes (terms and conditions and true information)
5. Fill out the form for an additional beneficial owner
6. Close the bank account setup modal but don't refresh the page
7. Navigate back to the bank account setup via Settings > Workspace > Connect Bank Account
8. Verify you see a full page blocking view saying You appear to be offline
9. Enable the internet connection in the device
10. Open Beneficial owners fields

Expected Result:

User lands on the Additional Information step and the Info for beneficial owner saved

Actual Result:

ser lands on the Additional Information step and the Info for beneficial owner is NOT saved
