Precondition: set one of your phone account with first and last name

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Login with any account
3. Click on Fub menu
4. Select Group Chat
5. Add a few members including the phone account user

Expected Result:

Name of phone member in group member's list is displayed

Actual Result:

Name of phone member in group member's list is not displayed
