[HOLD for payment 2023-03-20] Add additional margin between emojis and and default skin tone

We recently rolled out a sweet new emoji category picker, though based on discussion in Expensify/Expensify we realized that we could improve the margin between between the default skin tone and the emojis in the picker itself. Where we landed in that issue is that the left-side margin should roughly be equal to margin between the default skin tone and the emojis.
