Action Performed:

  1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
    and login
  2. Open workspace settings
  3. Click Connect bank account > Connect manually
  4. Input routing number, account number
  5. Checkmark the "I accept the Expensify Terms of Service"
  6. Close the add bank account modal
  7. Navigate back to the Add bank account modal > Manual option

Expected Result:

Checkmark should still be marked

Actual Result:

Checkmark is not marked after Connect Bank Account modal reopened
