What is it:
Small design updates to the IOU request line and preview card to match our new brand ingredients. Note that we’ll save any major IOU report view changes for N7.

No, minor style changes

I don't think this one should need a Design doc, it should just be a pretty straightforward pull request. If we use our existing color variables, then we'll get the new branding ingredients added here for free when that project completes.

@grgia in terms of implementation, I left a comment over in @dangrous's PR for workspace editor illustrations about making a new entry into our theme file for the cardBG color. I think we can hopefully share that style between these two items.

I started this but stopped to implement core branding changes. Planning on coming back to this one once I get the colors/logo PRs completed today/tomorrow!
