Bug: New chats in LHN aren't loading at launch or reopening of app when authToken expires #11081

Action Performed:

  1. Quit desktop app
  2. Have messages sent to you
  3. Open desktop app
  4. Observe new chats sent aren't showing in LHN

Expected Result:

New chats to show in LHN

Actual Result:

New chats aren't showing.

Refresh or sign out/in
