Add a new operation mode to `ota_upgrade`, which only works for a single diff file at a time, but offers significantly improved data throughput due to the `file_write_basic` command being run from the gateways local flash, rather than the image being sent over the serial port for each connection. Not supported for the `native_bt` gateway. Signed-off-by: Jordan Yates <jordan@embeint.com>
