Edd's dotfiles + new machine bootstrap

To set up workstation (macOS):

git clone https://github.com/EddM/dotfiles.git ~/.dotfiles
sh ~/.dotfiles/bootstrap

After adding the new public key to GitHub:

git remote set-url origin git@github.com:EddM/dotfiles.git
