Reescribe el roadmap en ambos READMEs (en/es).

• Marca Go y TypeScript como hechos y corrige la línea de estado (decía solo Python + JS/TS).
• Estructura Hecho / Siguiente / Más adelante y enlaza los good first issue (Add Rust language support #12–Improve the empty state when no functions are found #17).
• Añade soporte SQL (diagramas ER/UML de esquema) como tipo de diagrama planeado → SQL support: ER / UML schema diagrams #19.
