Introduce `lxc.environment.runtime` to set environment variables only for the container init process and `lxc.environment.hooks` to set environment variables only for hooks. Leave the original `lxc.environment` unchanged. It still applies to everything. Signed-off-by: Filip Schauer <f.schauer@proxmox.com>
