[Bug Report] App list: Only allow one entry to be open at the same time

Feature description

Currently, multiple entries can be open at the same time in the app menu. This is confusing and doesn't serve a purpose in my opinion.

Suggestion:
Improve UX by only allowing a single function to work at the same time in the app menu, like renaming, context menu...
