Remove Compose/Decompose transactions #1777
Description
Compose/Decompose transactions are not flexible enough to support real-world use cases. Let's remove them for now and re-add them later when requirements become clear.
It's not a hard-fork change because Compose/Decompose transactions are never enabled on the mainnet.
