Updates the website’s Nginx redirect rules to handle newer versioned HotChocolate/Fusion/StrawberryShake doc URLs and several section/page renames, keeping legacy links working as the docs structure evolves.

- Generalize multiple HotChocolate/Fusion/StrawberryShake redirects from explicit version lists to
