SeqConverter Not Working

Hi,
Similar issue to what someone else had before.

When I run this: java -cp /home/bio-dcb18b/Documents/Britney/20240705_EasyCodeML/EasyCodeML-1.0/EasyCodeML.jar SeqFormatConvert.seqFactory.SeqConverter -i /home/bio-dcb18b/Documents/Britney/20240705_EasyCodeML/20240705_clustaloclust.aln-clustal_num -oF PAMLphylip,
the output PAML file is not created. There are just a series of lines (almost like a countdown). We reinstalled EasyCodeML and everything.
