In inference_engine_s, from_json invokes to_json on several object components. Moving inference_engine_t's to_json higher brings it up first in searches of the file.
The custom json get_key_* parsing functions in from_json were replaced by calls to julienne functions in an earlier commit. This commit removes the unused custom functions.
