This dependency update will facilitate enabling selective execution of subsets of unit tests.
This commit facilitates selectively running a subset of unit tests for the derive types: - hyperparameters_t - network_configuration_t - tensor_range_t - training_configuration_t
This updates the Sourcery dependency version to facilitate the selective execution of unit tests that involve vector-valued test functions as arise in the Inference-Engine test suite whenever one test function produces an entire truth table as a 1D logical array of values indicating test passing or failure.
